		<description>Wait, I though it was ABC, airway, breathing, and circulation.  If you don&#039;t have an airway, then you might as well pack up and go home.  I have been a Paramedic for 20 years, and have worked in several systems.  In that time, I have intubated over 100 pediatric patients and have never had an adverse event.  Paramedics need to have this procedure, in addition to other airway procedures such as Surgical Cricothyrotomies and Nasotracheal Intubations avalaiable to them.  This was a bad move to remove this procedure.</description>

		<description>Good idea!!! I think an oral airway and BVM would be just fine and this is coming from a flight nurse/paramedic whom has intubated hundreds of children and I agree with the docs decision.</description>
